After my first session with Dr Caroline I recognised how vital it was for me to discover myself and how my thoughts were affecting my actions. Dr Caroline set me some tasks to awaken my memories regarding my passions as a child which at first were daunting but gradually began my journey into the real me.

Each session has for me uncovered layer by layer the issues that have been bothering me all my life.  I am truly thankful for the insights and tools to move forward to being a happy me and to give my husband and daughter more of me and ultimately help them on their journey in life too.  I would say that Caroline’s intuitive coaching both spiritual and logical is unique and would recommend her to anyone who is seeking solutions to their problems.
